If you want to book a COVID Booster you can

Book online, if you are eligible via NHS: Book or manage a booster dose of the coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccine
You can call 119
You can book with the surgery if you receive a text message directly from Friar Gate Surgery saying that you are eligible

Please read the important information below

From Monday 8th November 2021 you’ll be able to pre-book an appointment for a booster dose, if you’re eligible and it’s been at least 152 days (5 months) since your second dose. The appointments you’ll be offered will still be from 182 days (6 months) after your second dose.
