Littleover & Blagraves Community Partnership Network are inviting residents from Derby City to share in The Big Conversation; An opportunity to listen to talks and speak to services about ageing well and dying well. Talks will include Benefits, planning a funeral, completing a Respect form, Future Care Planning and more plus 25 local service providers. Accessible Parking at St Peters Hub, other parking at The Grange. All Welcome – Drop In, no need to book. Free hot drinks and biscuits available.

Learn about Carers Rights and Legislation, how health inequalities impact on Carers, how to identify and support carers, benefits and more. Carer Awareness Training for Primary Care Staff
Join our interactive Carer Awareness training session for professionals working in primary care, including both clinical and non-clinical roles. Led by experienced staff, the training will help you identify patients who are unpaid carers and understand the best ways to support them. Open to all GP and primary care colleagues, sessions are available on the following dates:

- 11th November at 1pm
