Getting your test results
If your test results show that you need more tests or treatment, we will contact you.
Once a doctor has reviewed your test results, you can view them:
- in your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App)
- in your SystmOnline account
- by phoning us on 01332 203 787 and the Reception Team will help you but cannot offer clinical advice.
- as a text message, if you have consented and it is applicable
We cannot provide you with test results unless we requested them, so if they were requested by the hospital you will need to discuss with your consultant there.
If your test results are normal we will not automatically discuss with you because they are showing as normal. If you still have concerns or ongoing symptoms please contact the surgery to give a further update.
