We would like to thank those of you who completed the NHS England GP Patient Survey and answered questions about us, your GP Practice. We reviewed the results and listened to your feedback.
What a difference a year has made. Last year we were devastated with the Survey Results and negative press that it garnered. We discussed the results with a Team from NHS England and both parties took away actions from the meeting.
One of the things we decided to do was to conduct our own survey with our patients to drill down as to why they felt the way they did. We reviewed our survey and put actions into place.
In 2024 we are delighted that the hard work has paid off for our loyal patients and results have increased dramatically. But do not think we are finished there. We have a process of continuous quality improvement and we want to keep working on this incredibly positive 2024 GP Patient Survey to make 2025 and beyond even better.
We will be sending out further surveys this Autumn to help us in our work for you.
