As part of our Golden Jubilee Celebrations in 2024 we are kicking off in style with a Community Police Drop In session 12.30 – 1.30pm Wednesday 31st July 2024 in the Friar Gate Surgery Waiting Area. Being and feeling safe in your own community is a very important issue as feeling fearful in your area can be very stressful and affect your overall health and wellbeing. We have the Police on site so that you can come and have a chat and know what is happening in your area or you can ask questions about improvements the Police service are making locally.
As a real bonus they will be providing some free security items, from Shed Alarms to Security Markers. Come and discuss issues around Policing in your community with the Community with the Police who are here to help.
There will also be a quiet area for patients who want to have a word about Community Police issue which is concerning them.
