    They offer free, independent and confidential services that offer support to the most vulnerable people in our communities; often requiring immediate intervention, support and advice face to face, or via the telephone and leading to resolution via Legal Representation. They also offer accessible training and skills development to a wide range of vulnerable people to help reduce unemployment, and promote social and financial inclusion.

  • Citizens Advice

    Their network of independent charities offers confidential advice online, over the phone, and in person, for free.
    When they say they’re for everyone, they mean it. People rely on them because they’re independent and totally impartial.
    They also give advice on consumer rights on our consumer helpline, support witnesses in courts through the Witness Service and give pension guidance to people aged over 50.

    Derby Advice is a part of Derby Homes, based at the Council House providing free confidential and independent advice about money, debt, benefits and welfare rights.
